Cooking with copper pots was uncommon till a few years ago.

Since then great chefs have rediscovered the use of copper.
There’s nothing better than preparing a good meal with copper. This metal guarantees the best performance in cooking. Only silver could do better than copper.

For this reason we make copper pots coated with silver too.

All our products are handmade. We use a particular and innovative technique – limited to the last phase - in order to coat copper pots with silver.
It’s always been very difficult to coat the inner surface of our pots with silver without altering their beauty. After long, hard researches and experiments we are now able to do it.

The silver layer is 15 micron thick. It is even thicker than it should. Our “copper and silver pots” are more effective than tin pots.
The thermal conductivity of silver is higher than copper.
The combination of these two elements allows a better performance than copper and tin.

Cooking quality is better and the life of pots is longer. It’s possible to cook all foods: sauces, pasta, stews, fried foods…
The handles of our pots are made of brass therefore you can cook on stove or in the oven.
Cooking time is almost halved and this preserves organoleptic properties.
